My Personal Feelings

Dear Members

Just for the record I want to let you all know that none of our administrative people here in Ornithologists are going to tolerate any abusive behavior from members here because they are unhappy with our decision to decline a photo although there are times I will take not so perfect photos as I try to give everyone a fair chance but I am not going to change the rules because one person get's upset to a point of acting absolutely ridiculous.

I understand that no one likes a photo declined because they feel it is criticizing their work. That is not our intention as I am always grateful for the many members that submit work but whatever decision is made we are never rude. I own this group and no photos will go in here that I am not happy with just to ease a persons ego.

I took over this group and dedicated a lot of my time here and I feel I am doing a good job of it and have received many good compliments on our galleries and that is because I try my best to get some of the best photographers and artists to join. So what is the harm in that? I like and enjoy good work immensely.

One last thing I want to say is that I am thankful for the members that are active and have devoted some of their time submitting their best works. If you have a problem with photos being declined then this is not the group for you. Sorry to rant but I don't like attitude and nasty remarks.
